We are so fortunate in Surrey and Hampshire to have the coast, countryside, picturesque villages and city life – with excellent transport links, schools and amenities – all on our doorstep.

Getting ‘that feeling’
We know it can be overwhelming going from viewing a house online, to knowing it’s ‘the one’. You try to stay level-headed and objective, check off your must-haves, start making a pros and cons list – you question and doubt yourself a lot – but sometimes you just get ‘that feeling’.
It may be love at first sight, when you first view the property online and can’t wait to get inside. Or it’s the curb appeal and location that draws you in. Or it hits you when you first walk through the door and you can feel this is the place for you.
